The prices quoted include electricity, water and all linen and towels, except pool towels. Fuel can be provided for the woodburners at cost.

Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday but out of season we can be flexible on Start/Finish dates. We aim to have the properties available for occupancy after 4pm but guests are welcome to arrive earlier and make use of the outdoor facilities! Guests are asked to vacate the properties by 10am leaving the properties clean and tidy.

All prices are per property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts for long winter lets are available on application. Flexible start/finish dates.
