The Farmhouse
	The Farmhouse is a spacious 4 bedroom property, sleeping 2 to 8 people. There is an en-suite shower room with the master bedroom and also a family bathroom. This is ideal for the larger family.

Upstairs Bedrooms - 2 Double Bedrooms and 2 Twin Bedrooms
	The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and a large en suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 is a large double with an antique wooden bed.

Both bedroom 3 and 4 have full size twin beds.

The Family Bathroom
	Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate wc and basin.

The spacious lounge has 2 large sofas, tv with some English channels, dvd and a large Charentaise fireplace with woodburner.

The Dining Room
	The large dining room has a table that easily seats 8 people, side board and a large Charentaise fireplace with a woodburner. French doors lead onto the rear garden.

The well equipped kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with a freezer compartment, Kettle, toaster, coffee machine, an iron and ironing board
